One Month in Italy in One Suitcase

I am leaving the day after tomorrow.

After a lovely 6 hour flight I arrive in London for the weekend and then head over to Rome for a couple days before finally arriving in Florence. (One of the reasons I picked AIFS was that they did these little optional trips which is perfect because it lets me explore Europe a bit more in my short months stay) Needless to say, I am extremely excited. I have my euros ready, manicure scheduled, magazines bought, and suitcase out.

I should confess that I am a notorious over packer. I bring a duffle bag for an overnight trip with an average of four outfits. What can I say? I’m indecisive. I never know what I might want to wear so fitting a month’s worth of clothes in one suitcase is definitely a challenge. I mean, I have to plan for casual outfits, going-out outfits, lounge outfits, sleeping outfits, workout outfits, cold weather outfits, warm weather outfits, not to mention all of the corresponding shoes. And don’t even get me started on makeup and hair care products. I am girl. Thankfully I have the help of my mom and friends to edit things down a bit.

Here is an approximate list of what I am bringing so far:
-3 pairs of jeans (denim, red, white)
-5 pairs of shorts in assorted colors
-6 dresses
-2 sweatshirts
-6 sets of shoes ( ballet flats, sneakers, flip flops, wedges, black heels, TOMS, converse sneakers)
-4 skirts (fitted and loose)
-2 sets of bathing suits
-undisclosed amount of shirts

I should be fine right?
