The time has come! I’ve always dreamed of visiting Paris. I actually wanted to study abroad in Paris, but it was hard to get classes approved. This was one of the longest weekends of my life- in a good way. I decided to pay for this trip because I wanted to make sure I visited all the touristy areas during my first trip to Paris. It was definitely the right decision. We had a great tour guide and plenty of free time to explore.
Friday- Boat tour with a great view of the Eiffel Tower
Saturday- Bus tour of Paris and we received our ticket to the Louvre
Sunday- Free
The metro system is pretty easy to learn and VERY AFFORDABLE. Since we’re college students, we’re considered “Youth,” so a Youth day pass is only 3.45 euros. The only thing I didn’t like was that the metro closed at 12am. The night life in Paris doesn’t even start at 12am. It was crazy! But, very fun.
