Where was St. Patrick from?

It’s still a mystery. His parents could have been Roman so he could have been Italian. One legend says that he was born in England, and some historians believe he is a combination of two different historical figures.

Are there really no snakes in Ireland?

There are really no snakes in Ireland. But that’s probably because during the last glacial period Ireland was surrounded by ice.

Why the corned beef and cabbage?

In Ireland, a type of bacon is more common. Irish immigrants used corn beef as an alternative and it stuck around.
