AIFS is proud to have joined the Institute for International Education’s (IIE) Generation Study Abroad initiative to double the number of students who study abroad. And we are proud to announce two of our Generation Study Abroad scholarship recipients! From the University of Georgia Office of International Education website:
Two UGA undergraduate students are recipients of the AIFS Generation Study Abroad Scholarship. Katelyn Smith and Victoria Rodgers are majoring in public relations and will study at Richmond, The American International University in London, England, during the 2015 spring semester. Katelyn, on receiving the scholarship:
“I’m so excited to get to explore London, and while I’m at it, the rest of Europe. Being a public relations major and a fashion merchandising minor, London is one of the top cities for each of these. I can’t wait to soak up the culture and experience everything it has to offer.”

Congratulations to Katelyn and Victoria, and the rest of our Generation Study Abroad scholarship winnners. Find out more about scholarships and all of our study abroad, intern and service learning programs on our website.
