Did study abroad leave you with a serious case of wanderlust? So many of our alumni ask, how do I get back there? ACIS, a division of AIFS, specializes in group travel and can design customized trips for your group. What does that mean? You can get your study abroad group together, plan a trip, and relive the thrill of travel and discovery.

How to plan a trip:

  • Talk to your ACIS Consultant

Talk to them about your interests, goals and concerns and they’ll help you identify the factors that will make your trip a success—number of cities, length of tour, time of year—and even suggest options you may not have considered.

  • Choose and Customize an Itinerary

Choose or create the ideal trip for your group.  ACIS has sample itineraries so you can see trips they’ve done in the past, or you can custom design a trip that’s perfect for you. Check out their Trip Finder to get started.

  • Recruit your group!

Your study abroad friends, your “regular” friends, your parents, your colleagues-whoever! Once you request a quote from your ACIS consultant, a customized trip site will be set up just for your group.  From there you can email prospective travelers and post announcements to get everyone excited.  More ideas on how to recruit a group can be found in their Group Leader’s Workbook.

  • Register your group

Your group can register online or send it in by mail.

  • Pack your bags and go!

Bon Voyage! Your Tour Manager will greet you at the airport when you touch down overseas.

With tours built around food, art and architecture, history, and more, ACIS offers the best educational travel around. Do you want to customize your own trip? No problem! Find out more by contacting ACIS, or visiting their website.
