With a traditional program as well as a Community Engagement Program, you can tailor your courses to fit your academic plans. You can focus your studies on India with courses in history, anthropology and language (Sanskrit, Urdu, Hindi or Telugu) or focus on business and management with courses in international business and marketing. Included in the program is the Golden Triangle Tour, taking students to Delhi, Jaipur and Agra, India’s most famous cities. See all of the courses here and read about India from students who have done the program on our blog.
One of the most underrated study abroad locations, Perth was ranked the 8th most liveable city in the world by the Economist. It’s the best of both worlds with a bustling, cosmpolitan city, and laid back, Australian beach culture. Unlike other programs, since all of the courses there are offered in English, students have a wide array of opportunities. And students with more specific majors can find courses in the sciences, criminal justice, tourism and more. Not to mention the program starts with a one-week orientation in Fiji to meet your group and learn about the history of the Pacific Islands.
- South Africa
With a traditional program as well as a Service Learning Program, students have the option of a study abroad program that includes community service and engagement. With lots of courses offered in English, students can study science, history, literature, politics, art, as well as locally focused courses such as language (Xhosa, Afrikaans, Swahili), and South African history and literature. And with a 6-day trip along the famous Garden Route, along with other cultural activities and optional excursions, students can experience the extraordinary beauty of South Africa.
Brazil combines white sandy beaches, some of the greatest biodiversity on the planet, samba infused metropolises and hidden colonial towns into one of the most diverse and dynamic places in the world. Students take Portuguese language, and then choose electives from courses in business, politics, history and sociology.
- Grenoble Management
Known as the “gateway to the Alps,” Grenoble is the perfect place to study abroad for a more “traditional” French experience. For the Management Program, students take French language and then choose from business courses such as Supply Chain Behavior and Operations and Supply Chain Management. In addition, students with 60 credits (30 of which are business related) can take the Certificate in International Business, which offers specialized courses so students can focus on their desired field. These “tracks” include international business, management, fashion, design, marketing, advertising and finance.
