We’ve added an exciting new academic partnership for 2016-2017 in Prague. Starting fall 2016, AIFS is offering academic programs through the University of Economics, Prague (VŠE). VŠE is the largest public University of economics in the Czech Republic. The University is highly regarded both in the Czech Republic and abroad, and has been appraised for several years by the Eduniversal Ranking project as one of the best business schools in Central and Eastern Europe.
The University of Economics, Prague (VŠE)
With professional insight and instruction by Czech professors and business professionals, the Central and East European Studies Program (CESP) provides students with a unique academic opportunity. Taught in English, CESP reviews the past and investigates the present and the future of the developing economies, societies, politics, and languages of Central and Eastern Europe. The details: students can take up to 4 courses; each CESP course is 45 contact hours and carries a recommended 3 credits; a minimum 2.5 GPA is required.
Depending on class schedules you may also have the opportunity to register for regular University courses (taught in English) with Czech students. This unique academic and social opportunity allows students to better immerse themselves in the community. Students choose from courses in economics, finance, marketing, trade and more.
