New Housing Option in Cannes

by AIFS Abroad

Last Updated on March 10, 2020 by AIFS Abroad

Starting this year, fall semester students in Cannes will have the option of choosing a student apartment. The apartment option also includes a $750 fee reduction, perfect for students on a budget.

A look at the housing fall students can choose from in Cannes:

Student Residence Hall

Students who choose the Residence Hall stay in a double or triple room. The Residence is situated opposite the beach, near the old town which is one of the most beautiful parts of Cannes, and many of the rooms have views overlooking the courtyard to the Mediterranean Sea. Laundry facilities are available at the Collège for approximately 5 euros and internet is included. A limited number of single rooms may be available for a supplementary fee.

Residence students receive breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday and brunch on weekends in the Collège cafeteria.

Homestays

Host families live in apartments and houses, and all families are carefully selected and have to meet strict requirements in order to host. Homestay students stay in a double room that they will typically share with another AIFS student; single rooms can be requested for an additional fee.

Students will receive breakfast every day and lunch Monday to Friday in the Collège Cafeteria. The family will also provide laundry and a change of bedding once a week.

Apartments

Housing in a centrally located apartment. Students will be in double bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living space. Apartment students also have the option of purchasing meals at the Collège
