I visited Paris, the city of lights and love and it did not disappoint. I was able to see so many amazing things including the Palace of Versailles, the Louvre,  Musée D’Orsay and the Notre-Dame. Not to mention all of the crêpes and macaroons I got to enjoy! Entering a different culture definitely gave me a new perspective of how others live in the world. I found that not everything that is different is bad. It’s just different.

I feel like Paris locals get a bad rap as I have been told multiple times that they aren’t kind. However, I found them to be very helpful and friendly. Although I can see how some people in the city may be perceived as rude, I think that’s just because they communicate differently to how we do in America. Needless to say, I’m so grateful that I had this experience and I can’t wait to go back someday!
