My name is Otso Castrén, and I am studying Political Science and Human Rights/Conflict Resolution at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA. I will be part of the AIFS program in Salzburg, Austria. Austria has been, and still is, part of the cultural and political heartland of Europe. This very much influenced me as a Poli-Sci student to study there. As a fun fact, I am originally from Finland, and have lived in the US for about 10 years. It will be interesting living in Europe once again, and giving a non-American perspective to everything.
