AIFS Program: Cannes, France | School: Flagler College | Bio: Bonjour! Je m’appelle Corey Shaw, and I’m doing a semester abroad in Cannes, France. I attend Flagler College, a private college in St. Augustine – a small town in Northern Florida. I began a course in French, where I took a special liking to it and as I progressed, I became more infatuated with french culture. At my college, International Studies majors have to study abroad for one semester. I began looking at places to go and saw France as an option. Right there, it was almost a no-brainer. From there, I signed up, got my visa and made the journey there. One interesting thing about me is that I hate “sweet and sour” food. It might not sound interesting now, but it has been the topic of discussion plenty of times.
