AIFS Program: Berlin, Germany | School: Black Hills State University | Bio: My name is Taylor Mowery, and I am a third year political science major at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota. My main passion is Speech and Debate; I’ve been doing competitive speaking for almost seven years. Besides debate, I love to go outside to explore the beautiful Black Hills, or stay inside and crochet. Going to Berlin for a semester was an easy decision after I visited for two weeks last year; I love how Berlin is constantly reinventing itself as it blends historic and modern culture.
