AIFS Program: Barcelona, Spain | School: Drake University | Bio: My name is Katie Simpson, and I go to Drake University! I chose to study abroad in Barcelona because I wanted to be immersed in European culture while brushing up on my Spanish skills. This semester I found my passion for writing and reporting, and I want to share the stories of the people and places around me. I love the Beatles, Instagram and trying to find the best coffee shops in Des Moines.
